Bellefonte, PA:
Originally one fountain in 1884, the two fountains and bench replaced the original piece. On May 18, 2006, the Centre County Courthouse held a dedication ceremony for these new works.
Bethlehem, PA:
Donated by the Bethlehem Woman’s Christian Temperance Union, this fountain was erected on September 14, 1918.
Coudersport, PA:
In 1904, this fountain was erected in Coudersport. Featuring a bronze lion’s head on the front, the fountain is dedicated to John S. Mann, Mary W. Mann, and Cora M. Thompson.
Pen Argyl, PA:
In 1911, this fountain was erected at Weona Park with the following inscription:
WCTU / Nature’s best beverage for man and beast
On either side, it also reads: Pure Water
Reading, PA:
At the Northeast corner of 5th and Penn Street, this fountain was installed in 1904. Today, the fountain is not in working condition. The white ribbon bow is a symbol of the WCTU and below the bow is the motto: For God and Home and Every Land. It also reads:
Erected by the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union of Reading, PA for the use of the public.
