Portland, ME:

This fountain was erected in honor of Lillian M. N. Stevens, the third National WCTU President. Erected in 1917, The Little Water Girl, or Stevens Memorial Fountain, was created from bronze and Maine granite for the base. It resides now in the courtyard of the Portland Public Library.
