Overlooking Lake Ontario, this fountain was erected on September 28, 1939 by the Kingston Woman’s Christian Temperance Union.

On September 28, 1939, this fountain was erected to commemorate Frances E. Willard’s 100th birthday. Its inscription reads:

This fountain erected by the Brockville Union to honor Frances E. Willard.
